At the moment, we are not actively hiring and do not have any open positions. Our most recent job opening, the AI Engineering Internship (RAG / LLMs / Python / R), has been filled as of 1 June 2026. We keep selected previous job postings available in our Job History so that interested visitors can get an impression of the kinds of roles and projects we have offered in the past.
RPACT is a small, highly specialized company working at the intersection of open source software, biostatistics, clinical trial design, and GxP-regulated software development. Our work is fully remote, and we currently do not operate office workplaces at any specific location. For this reason, we are unfortunately also not able to offer traditional on-site apprenticeships or vocational training positions at this time.
Although we are not currently recruiting, we are always happy to hear from people who are genuinely interested in what we do. If you would like to send an unsolicited application, please keep in mind that a potential collaboration would most likely need to be remote and project-based, with a strong fit to our areas of expertise.
Profiles that may be relevant for future opportunities include, for example:
- R and/or Python software development
- clinical trial methodology and biostatistics
- open source software development
- Shiny application development
- software validation in regulated environments
- AI-assisted software engineering, RAG, LLMs, or related technologies
